My name is Bernard Hayward (Bernie) I have been a sole practitioner here at Hurstville under the name B Hayward & Co since 1990.

I was admitted as a solicitor in 1978 and have extensive experience in the following areas:

• Accredited Specialist in Wills, Probate and Deceased Estate Planning
• Accredited Specialist in Family Law
• Conveyancing - buying and selling (or gifting) of real estate
• Commercial Law - leases, business purchases, establishing trusts and companies, commercial contracts and terms of trading.
• Commercial and General Litigation (court matters)

My loyal staff consists of a licensed conveyancer as well as secretaries/legal assistants who have the experience that is necessary to look after your affairs. Together we offer a personal friendly service that is sometimes missing in bigger firms. We still have the depth and breadth of expertise to deal with all your problems.
